Anansi
A drawed sequence interpreting the African myth Anansi and death. Anansi is a half human, half spider creature whith a deceitful character. Unlike lots of western myths, the plot is not didactic: Anansi is never really punished for his acts. In this episode Anansi faces death, which I allegorized trough a caracter wearing a mask. My interpretation of the story shall create a sinister atmosphere and broach the issue of Death and Good and Bad trough different metaphors. My intention was to give an universal view on the story, whithout decline to African clichés.
