The topic for this picture story in black and white is agression and reaction. The self written scenario is about children's game in the water which switchs between fun and violence. Inspired by the work of Marlene Dumas and interpreting the topic Water I chose a wet-on-wet method. The story takes place in three places: in the water, in the field and in the forest. Full-page drawings of that landscapes initiate a new episode.
